It seems like that is how I run when Karl is down there, and I am up here. We had a fantastic Christmas though. We went down to Fort Wayne, and spent the week there. The kids and I baked cookies with our newest friend Laura. Then we had a pretty decent Christmas. It was weird not having any family to hang out with. On the other hand there wasn't any family drama either. That part was heaven! We have yet another lead on a house. I REALLY like this house, and I hope the family decides to rent it. I'm so ready to move now. It'll be weird, but it needs to happen now!
I tried my hand at making homemade cough syrup. It seemed to work pretty well. If anything it made my husband decide that maybe he wasn't that sick after all. That seems pretty effective to me! Anyway, I'll end with a picture from our trick to Fredrick Meijer Gardens.
